Micro Consulting Terms and Conditions

This page details the Standard Terms and Conditions for Micro Consulting Services provided by Consulting Cloud.

1.     Micro Consulting Services (Service Packages) are those services published on the website www.consultingcloud.org 

2.     These Service Packages (assignments) are paid for online by the customer through:

a.     A deposit for the Service Package using Consulting Cloud’s online payment facility;

b.     A final payment (for the balance of the Service Package price), paid by the Customer to Consulting Cloud at the conclusion of the assignment.

3.     The scope and deliverables of the Service Packages are defined in the preview sections on the Consulting Cloud website.

4.     All Service Packages provided to the Customer by Consulting Cloud are fixed price.

5.     All information exchanged between the Customer and Consulting Cloud during the course of the assignment will be held in the strictest of confidence by both parties. Consulting Cloud will delete all Customer material at the completion of the assignment.

6.     The delivery time of a Service Package is defined in the preview section for each package on the Consulting Cloud website.

7.     The deposit (2 a) is a prepayment and not refundable.

8.     The final payment (2 b) will be made by the Customer once the Customer is 100% satisfied with the outcome of the assignment. The final payment will be made by the customer using the MICRO CONSULTING PAYMENTS option on the Consulting Cloud website.

9.     A Micro Consulting assignment will commence only after the initial deposit is made.

10. The assignment will be performed diligently and to the best of Consulting Cloud’s ability. Only Micro Consultants who are identified on the Consulting Cloud website will deliver the Service Packages.

11.  The Customer will be notified of the Consulting Cloud Micro Consultant assigned to complete the assignment. The Customer and the assigned Consultant will be in direct contact during the course of the assignment.

12.   Consulting Cloud will not accept responsibility for any decisions taken by the Customer during or following the delivery of the Micro Consulting Services.

13.   If the Customer becomes dissatisfied with any aspect of the Micro Consulting assignment at any time, the Customer can directly contact the Managing Director/CEO of Consulting Cloud to raise issues and concerns.

14.   Consulting Cloud’s maximum liability for any assignment will be limited to the total price of the assignment.

15. Payment of the deposit by the Customer implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
